Never got greeted or said anything they took forever for half hour. Had two people cutting hair a simple we will be right with you would have been good enough, have been to the kennwick location like 3 times which is alot friendlier. so i just left found somewhere better

The redhead at the Washington way store is not a friendly person. She needs to find a different job that’s not in customer service.
